Elite Flex 

Increasing flexibility is must for all athletes, doing so safely is a must for all coaches, parents and teachers.  Elite Flex was designed to help all athletes achieve their optimal flexibility in a safe manner.  All athletes will learn proper stretching technique as well as exercises to improve strength, balance and proprioception.  This program is great for all athletes but those especially in the sports such as, dance, rhythmic gymnastics, figure skating, artistic gymnastics and martial arts; these groups will get the added benefit of the turnout section of the program.  

It is broken down into 5 age groups. Beginner (7 year olds), Junior (8 year olds), Intermediate (9-10 year olds), Senior (11-13 year olds) and Advanced (14+).   We provide this to individuals and small groups as a five week session as well as for large groups in a seminar format.
